Discovery call
We start with a 30-minute call to understand the product, the business context, and what already exists.
No deck required. The call is free. We listen more than we talk.
Proposal
We send a written proposal within 3 working days: scope, timeline, and fixed pricing. No surprises.
Each phase has a defined deliverable, a price, and a timeline. You approve before anything starts.
Build
Structured build process with weekly check-ins and a staging environment you can review at any point.
Design and development run in parallel. Feedback happens in writing, not in meetings.
Launch
We handle deployment and DNS. You get a handover document and a 30-day support window after go-live.
Handover covers every component, credential, and configuration. The 30-day window covers bugs, edge cases, and anything we missed.
Maintenance
Ongoing retainer available for updates, content, and hosting.
Monthly retainers cover hosting, uptime monitoring, security updates, and a set number of hours for content and feature updates.

Ketan Damle founded the studio in Nagpur. The team works as one engagement: one designer, one engineer, one strategist, one point of contact. We do not subcontract the building.
